The EcoWanders of Upcycled Pallets

This is so cool. I never knew there where so many uses for pallets.  Pallets are both a waste and can be reused or Upcycled.

Great Green Innovative Ideas

Absolutely fantastic idea from Grizzly Bear Modern. Who doesn't have some old dresser that could be turned into a wonderful garden? Gold stars to Grizzly Bear Modern for being green, innovative, and cute at the same time.

Remade & Upcycled dresses turned into purses

I'm not sure what you do when you travel, but I'm in love with finding local, recycle, and upcycle shops. These are the stores where somebody's creativity comes out and grabs at you. People have thought outside the box and made trash alive again. It can take a new shape, a new form, and can be loved all over again.

That's why when I saw the word VINTAGE hanging  in a shop in Japan I fell in love. Daia's Closet is owned by a young women who studied in New York. I wasn't able to get her picture that day, but below you can see the shop girl who is usually running it. She is good friends with the owner. The CEO is the dog and her name is Daia. You can find more about these girls at Daias-closet or her blog, (it's in japanese).

This is Daia and she is CEO

Not all is lost in translation like fashion that can be reused, remade, and reloved. We call it Upcycle and the Japanese call it Remake. But no matter what you call it, it's sustainable fashion at its best.

I love all of the details of this shop. I bought the purse below for around $30 and I just love it.

Every purse and wallet has a story from some dress that was once loved.
